## 1. Privacy Policy

LogicBuildForge collects the following personal data solely for the purpose of executing requested services and maintaining communication:

- Full name (for project identification)

- Email address (for communication)

- Phone number (optional, for direct contact)

- Project specifications and requirements

- Payment information (processed via Stripe, never stored on our servers)

### 1.3 Legal Basis

Data processing is conducted under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (contractual necessity) and Article 6(1)(a) (consent for marketing communications).

### 1.4 Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 24 months following the last service delivery. Financial records are retained for 5 years as required by Spanish tax law.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access controls follow the principle of least privilege. Regular security audits are conducted quarterly.

## 2. Terms of Service

### 2.1 Service Scope

LogicBuildForge provides bespoke full-stack web platform engineering, interactive customer portal development, API integration, performance optimization, and related technical services. All services are delivered as described in the applicable service agreement or proposal.

### 2.2 Project Lifecycle

Each project follows a structured lifecycle:

1. Discovery & Scoping (free)

2. Proposal & Agreement

3. Development & Delivery

4. Review & Handover

5. Post-Delivery Support (as agreed)

### 2.3 Payment Terms

Invoices are issued as per the agreed payment schedule. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest rate. All prices are quoted in EUR and are exclusive of applicable taxes (IVA/VAT).

### 2.4 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered project are transferred to the client. LogicBuildForge retains the right to display the work in portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

### 2.5 Limitation of Liability

LogicBuildForge's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. LogicBuildForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

### 2.6 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.

### 2.7 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain.

## 4. Refund / Reimbursement Policy

Effective Date: 21 August 2026

### 4.1 Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the project milestones completed at the time of the request.

### 4.2 Milestone-Based Refunds

Projects follow a milestone payment structure. If work is terminated before a milestone is completed, a proportional refund for the incomplete milestone may be issued:

- Discovery Phase: 100% refund if terminated before any development work begins.

- Development Phase: Refund calculated based on percentage of remaining unbilled work.

- Post-Delivery: No refund after project handover and client acceptance.

### 4.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

- Third-party license fees already purchased

- Domain registration or hosting fees

- Work completed and delivered as per the agreed specification

- Administrative and project management fees

### 4.4 Refund Process

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with:

- Project name and invoice number

- Reason for the refund request

- Any supporting documentation

### 4.5 Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

### 4.6 Dispute Resolution

Refund disputes may be escalated to mediation before the Arbitration Board of the Balearic Islands Chamber of Commerce. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.
